Efectivamente. El pasado día 6 de febrero de 2018 tuvo lugar una audiencia pública ante el Tribunal Supremo (algo bastante inusual, porque siempre se suele resolver por escrito y sin vista) para decidir sobre si es ajustado a Derecho que se pueda reclamar, pero no cobrar, el IVMDH o céntimo sanitario por parte de sujetos como usted que son los auténticos sujetos pasivos del impuesto. Cuando tenga noticias de ello, lo comentaré en el blog. Gracias por su comentario.
